- Bodywork
- Placed the hardtop onto the car! Really helps improve the “car” appearance of the kit.
- I have to trim the front flange to fit around the brake fluid reservoir. I can’t actually install or fit the top properly until I do that. I’m going to do some forum research to make sure there’s no other issue with the reservoir being this high. Relocation kit would be the next option if I can’t just trim around it.
- Got more 3/16 rivets in the mail so I could finish installing the bottom of the side sails.
- Painted the front fender supports and brackets. They weren’t fully dry yet so they’ll get installed next time.
- Headlights
- Started the prep on the headlamp buckets. Installed the Hella projectors into the buckets and prepped the lenses for paint. Next work weekend I should have them fully installed on the front fenders.
