You are SO informative dude. Thank you.

EACH of the ideas are worth the 'price of admission' alone: PRINT USEFUL PAGES TO PDF: "You wouldn't believe the number of times I've found something useful and they deleted the page or was unable to find it again."

Exactly. I once found a 'holy grail' on braking info. A guy who clearly worked in engineering with a race team and as an engineer was describing the variables that limited the performance of brakes. His posts were long and manied in this thread ... the thread must've been 20 pages long. He'd touched on, then averted elaborating on some topics details with only providing high-level overviews of the physics.

Either google's been neutered (as we know it has for political reasons) and no longer finds the page I'm looking for, or, it's gone. And I've looked through many of my bookmark archives through the 10s of computers that have been my 'daily driver' over the years, as I owned a Mac repair, sales & data recovery business. If I ever find it, I'll send you the link.

The preface of this page is itself explanatory, as, I really didn't understand how it is that everyone just "knows how to do things" when most people we meet in life are incompetent at pouring milk in cereal! Let alone, building a freaking car!

"College club" ... "GA Tech Wreck Racing"
We built a turbocharged LS-Swapped BMW E28 to compete in GRM $2000 Challenge.

Okay, that makes sense. You're probably an engineering major at Georgia Tech (which in itself means you're f-ing smart) and on top of that, are likely in an engineering program !? Which alone at reg. colleges means an IQ of 130+ ... but at GA Tech !? Probably 140+ ... and then, you're in love with cars, M.E., and wrenching.

I feel less of a total loser I guess. Perhaps we'll play pool one day and my ego will feel a smidgeon better.

But seriously, AMAZING work on everything. And great job even making a damned website to share it all with anyone who's interested. You're just a modern renaissance man (polymath / autodidact / erudite, bla blah).

Thank you for sharing all of your hard won, and paid for knowledge.
